Event Packages

With over a decade of experience in planning and coordinating events, you know you’ll be in good hands with us. We plan and coordinate events including weddings, showers, corporate events, small parties, and anything in between!

  • *inquire for pricing

    • Initial consultation with couple + 1 meeting (in person or via Zoom)

    • One additional planning/discussion session (in person or via Zoom)

    • Confirm vendor arrival times and create wedding day timeline

    • Coordinate and facilitate wedding rehearsal

    • Maximum of 9 hours of service on wedding day

    • Oversee & coordinate vendors

    • Coordinate flow of events during ceremony with officiant

    • Coordinate flow of events during reception with the DJ or band

    • Coordinate send-off (distributing sparklers, bubbles, etc.)

    • Coordinate cleanup of the ceremony & reception venues/locations

    • Assist in packing up personal effects at end of event

    • Manage any day of wedding emergency situations that may arise

    • Responsible for delivering final payment/tips to vendors if necessary

    • Maximum of 12 hours of service on wedding day

    • Assist in design elements for ceremony & reception

    • Assist in vendor selections, contracts, & appointments as necessary

    • Ongoing management of vendors as necessary

    • Assist with guest accommodations
